Refund Policy

If the course has been paid in advance and the student wants to cancel at any time up to the start of the class and does not attend, then the paid amount is refunded or payment can be applied for a future course.

Course Cancellation Policy

If the course has been cancelled by Mortgage Training Services, LLC, all paid course fees will be refunded 100%.

Privacy Policy

All student’s personal identifying information will never be shared, sold, or rented by Mortgage Training Services, LLC, with the exception for required reporting or inquiries with the NMLS or government entity. Mortgage Training Service, LLC maintains securely all data for conducted approved courses and can access that data for supporting inquiry or examination by authorized government entities/agencies. All information is maintained for five years in locked secured drawers and area or securely via computer that meets all Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requirements.
